We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Pickers to join our team at our distribution center in Joplin, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment to ensure timely and correct delivery to our customers and loading out orders for customer pickups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret order forms to determine items to be picked.
• Locate products within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items are selected.
• Pack and label orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, especially when handling fireworks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
